Worked as WFP Site Maintenance-Helper- 2012-2017

Responsibilities:

-Keeping the Warehouse clean and tidy.

-carry out daily cleaning of the stacks and the Warehouse.

– Reconstitute damaged goods, separate them, repair them and restack them

separately.

-Supervise the labors inside the Warehouse.

-Provide support in loading/offloading and moving office equipment, furniture,

baggage and other items for efficient site maintenance services.

-Perform basic maintenance of outdoor/indoor environments, to keep them clean,

well-organized and in a good condition.

-Undertake any other official duties assigned to me by warehouse management

associate/ Logistics Officer.

-Support In/Out NFI activities and issue waybills in HTS system

Worked as Logistics Cluster- 2018-2022

– Check/inspect should be done for each Cargo items to identify the physical status

of loose items/sensitivity/storage recommendation

– Make visual inspection of Items stores on daily basis and ensure that fuel tanks and

fuel meter are properly locked and secure

– Safety and security on Fuel storage management are carefully respected & ensure

that the safety rules are applied at any time in WFP Fuel storage area.

– Handling the NFIs (non-food items) and do the monthly reports

-Recorded cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel

expenditure.
