• Review Account Receivable and sales. • Monitoring inventory. • Monitoring Cash and collected checks. • Audit sales Commission account. • Reviewing the monthly sales report. • Review Age Analysis Report and the credit limits for Customers. • Reviewing the Monthly Sales Commission and its compliance with the Accounting System, instructions and comparing with the yearly sales budget on all levels and different sales areas. • Monitor and follow up the Customer Statement and the Confirmations. • Review the monthly adjusting entries on the account receivable, the Credit Notes, Debit Notes according to clients' agreements. • Reviewing the Bad debts study and ensure it covers the risk. • Ensure that the procedures of Bad Debts are correct. • Perform a review test for the confirmed price list with the sales invoices. • Review the instructions and laws for sales (Price list, conditions for Customer Discounts, Credit limits, and Credit period given for Customers).
